All properties are subject to availability. Fees for our services will be clearly outlined in your engagement agreement. Service fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods as listed on our website. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and assurance. Please read the following carefully:

Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the service within 7 days of booking and before any property viewings or additional services have been provided, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.
Post-Viewings Cancellation: If you cancel after viewings have occurred, we will retain a pro-rated portion of the fee corresponding to the services rendered.
Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill our services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative match or a full refund upon request.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes regarding refunds may be escalated in writing to our support team via the Contact Form.

5. Liability

Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
